A little about me: I am an Italian-American sports coach with a passion for helping others thrive in their athletic pursuits.
With a rich history in sports and movement, my journey began with the exploration of various activities during my childhood, ranging from skiing to horseback riding and swimming.
In my late teens, I fell in love with rock climbing and mountaineering, sports that ignited my love for physical challenges and the art of movement.
My adventures took me across the globe, including a rewarding 12-year stint in California, where I immersed myself in coaching cross-country skiing and guiding others in triathlons.
It was during this time that I discovered the gratification of helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.
Now, back in Italy with my beloved family, which includes my partner and our little one, I continue to be inspired by the transformative power of sports.
