I offer 1:1 coaching focused on gravel, MTB and ultra-distance events. My approach is built around durability, fatigue management and long-term progression, shaped by my own experience racing and training at a high level. Coaching goes beyond weekly sessions, with ongoing feedback, race planning and support to help you arrive at key events prepared and confident.
I’m an active endurance racer with a background in ultra-distance gravel and MTB events. Alongside racing, I’ve coached athletes for the past five years, mainly through word of mouth. My coaching is practical, evidence-based and shaped by real-world experience, focusing on consistency, resilience and performing well when fatigue and pressure are high.
