I offer a holistic approach to training, specialising in hydration and fuel for performance. I work with athletes to educate and empower them to make better decisions and develop good habits.
Having worked with clients competing in long distance triathlons, marathon coaching for all ages and mentoring a current GB elite runner, I have now created these training plans for athletes that want something that's not fully coached 1:1 but still want to have access to world class sessions that work in the real world.
My training plans are designed to support you to achieve your running goals with a detailed, simple approach to baseline testing, running in correct zones for you without loads of junk miles and attention to mobility and supporting S&C sessions.
