Andy has a holistic approach specializing in hydration and fuel for performance, be it race day or the type of diet required for optimal body composition. He also has a background in corrective exercise prescription and spends time educating his athletes and empowering them to make better decisions and develop good habits.
Forever improving himself physically and mentally as a coach and athlete has seen him take 2 trips to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, and more recently completing the gruelling Ultra X 125 UK, as well as progressing himself as a coach by spending time studying under Dr. Dan Plews about the benefits of a high fat diet and how that can progress long-distance endurance athlete.
Andy is also our chief Precision Hydration sweat tester down at KOTWF.
