20+ years of experience, Andy now has the added benefit of being an Accredited ENDURE IQ Coach (Dr Dan Plews); unique proven scientific methods tried and tested by Olympians and world class champion triathletes. He still works with beginners as this forms the integral part of sharing his knowledge with all levels of athletes and teaching some of the fundamentals of endurance sport.

He has found that athletes need accountability and structure to perform at their best, plus a human to talk to about real life challenges. A father of two, he has learnt to balance life and sport to maintain a competitive level at Ironman distance triathlons. Health is the foremost concern as he sees endurance athletes heading in the direction of poor health, constant searching of more results and the next best thing.

A hydration specialist with Precision Fuel & Hydration, Andy now has vast experience in fuelling for race day performance & implementing “right time, right fuel” based approach instead of mimicking a one size fits all approach. This goes hand in hand with knowledge around low carb, high fat application for long distance competition, heat training protocols and a corrective exercise background with running biomechanics experience.

By taking a holistic approach Andy will give you the tools that you need to develop good habits and decision making skills.
