My Name is Andrew Lennon,
I am the Co-Founder of The Running Movement we cater for runners of all abilities from beginner to advanced running run specific strength sessions, interval based training sessions and Coaching and mentoring locally and remotely.
I just love assisting each runner reach their goals no matter how big or small they are and especially love training people for the Ultra distances on the trails.
I am a certified Athletics Australia Run Coach and Fitness Australia Personal Trainer
I have undertaken further education in mobility and strength and conditioning to further assist the runner that I coach.
I have been coaching runners in road and trail running for the last 4 years helping them achieve their goals no matter what they may be.
I have coached athletes to sub 3:00 marathons and athletes to sub 14 hour 100k events for their first Ultra events.
My Running experience includes
