I offer both individual custom coaching based on goals and lifestyle, or a 12 week event based training plan that is pre-periodized.
In addition, I will do one on one sessions for both bike and run.
I am willing to work with beginning or advanced athletes from Sprint to Ironman Distance.
I should have never become a World Championship Qualifier. As a child I was hospitalized every year from age 3 to age 19. Sometimes several times a year, with a severe asthma attack. I missed countless days of school and even today many schoolmates have recalled remembering pounding on my back to help me breath, carrying my inhaler everywhere and going to a special outdoor summer camp for kids with asthma. Yet all those hospitalizations have a silver lining, no doubt they shaped my fierce determination and drive. As an adult onset athlete with absolutely no high-school or collegiate athletic background I have managed to juggle family, career and triathlon and achieve many goals and success in this sport. I was lucky enough to fall in with good coaches straight away and this has no doubt contributed to the quick success I have had having only been competing in triathlon since 2011. I would love to take what I have learned and help others reach their dreams and goals. My coaching philosophy is simple I believe that ANYONE can become an athlete and achieve goals and dreams that they may have never thought possible. I became a coach to show people that they can use training and racing as a means to a healthy fit lifestyle that is both fun and meaningful. I will help you balance training with a full lifestyle. The most important thing you need to bring to the table is the desire and willingness to be consistent.
