Amie Dworecki, B.S., M.A., is an RRCA-certified running coach, a Wellcoaches-trained wellness coach, an ACE-certified fitness instructor, a former course instructor for the Indiana University School of Kinesiology/Exercise Science and certified personal trainer. Her clients gain her 30-years' of experience as a coach, personal trainer, fitness instructor, runner, triathlete, extreme endurance athlete as well as a health researcher and journalist.
The second woman in the Guinness Book of World Records for breaking three world records for running a marathon on each continent, she has run marathons in locations such as Antarctica, Siberia, the Andes Mountains in South America and the Sahara Desert. She has also raced Pike’s Peak Marathon to 14,100 feet and back and through Death Valley, California. She has won and broke course records from the 5K to the ultramarathon, qualified for the Boston Marathon multiple times as well as the Western States 100-mile ultramarathon.
Amie has also completed multiple triathlons and other multisport events such as the Mt. Taylor Quadrathlon – 43-miles of biking, running, backcountry skiing and snowshoeing to 11,400 feet and back. She finished the most difficult ski marathon in North America, the Birkebeiner 54-KM cross country ski race. As a health journalist she researches nutrition, positive psychology and mind/body science, and enjoys encouraging others to succeed in running and life.
