My athletes are spread out across the world, but we still have a team environment, which makes it super fun for everyone! The team includes endurance athletes of all ages and abilities from college to Masters athletes, from beginners to Kona Qualifiers and Boston Qualifiers.

Coaching Philosophy
My #1 goal for my athletes is to establish HEALTH first and then build FITNESS from there. With a healthy foundation, we have the ability to train consistently and steadily which leads to continued improvement, fast times and PRs!
Nutrition is the cornerstone to good health and fitness, I use a personalized LCHF/ketogenic/keto approach that is adapted to endurance sport/racing.
I am coached/mentored by Phil Maffetone and coach using MAF methods while incorporating vital lessons learned from former coaches including: Siri Lindley, George Dallam, Mike Pigg, and Team USA/Olympic Training Center.
