On course nutrition suggestions, product recommendations, and performance feedback. 2.Training plans - available upon request, custom to goal event. (Not generic) 3.References available upon request! (Multiple long course PRs) 4.Ironman Certified Coach 5.Multiple Ironman and Ironman 70.3 finishes.
My philosophy is simple. We discuss what your goals are, and where your current abilities lie. From there we implement training necessary to bring those goals to reality. If you do the work, you WILL conquer reasonable goals!
Most recent successes include athletes with 70, 47, and 8 minute PRs at Ironman Texas 70.3. An athlete with a 3 minute 3 second 5K PR. And an athlete with a 15% FTP improvement in a 90 day time frame.
