I am a german Coach for endurance athletes focusing on triathlon, running, and cycling. My targeting audience is experienced, passionate athletes who want to improve their results or wish to complete their race with a satisfying finishline experience. I am very structured and well organized, providing Key-Training plans or full day-to-day plans (Micro plans) to my athletes depending on their flexibility and personal needs. Hi, I'm Julian,
First of all, I never did a sport at a younger age or had some professional touchpoints. I played the trumpet in a local orchestra during my school time. Then, at the age of 17, I started running, only for myself. In 2010, at the army service, I met a lieutenant who was a great marathon runner. He shared his passion with me. Since this time, running is my passion.
My journey started in 2012 by spontaneously attending a local half-marathon race. I was the best in my age group and got infected to improve my results and compete in races. I attended several workshops, classes, keynotes, and read several books. In 2014, I spontaneously signed up for a sprint triathlon race with my old-fashioned city race bike. The swim was challenging, but I had much fun and an incredible run in the end. It felt like the ultimate adventure, attending a triathlon.
Because of our Frankfurt region, I already knew what the Ironman is, but I never expected to complete one. Now, in 2020, I am proudly looking back to more than 120 races, 14 marathons, and five finished Ironmans, including the legendary World Championship in Hawaii. I had never paid for a trainer. My purpose was to achieve the results on my own.
Why am I becoming a coach? I want to share my knowledge as an agegrouper, my experiences, and in the end, my passion. Because knowledge is power, and by sharing this power with others, it will return to you the day you truly need it.
