Currently, I am working in the capacity of a Sports Director for the Belgium professional cycling team Lotto-Dystny. Other professional teams I have worked for in this role are Wiggle-High5 and Israel Start-Up Nation.

As someone who has always been passionate about high performance, I have dedicated my career to understanding what it takes to be the best. After retiring from professional cycling, I continued to pursue this passion and have gained valuable experience in making quick decisions in fast-paced and ever-changing situations. Managing teams, professionals, and employees, while being driven on executing stakeholder expectations.
As, a former professional athlete some teams & organizations I was contracted to and learned from are - Mapei, Once-Eroski, Discovery Channel, Quick-Step, Astana, and Orica-GreenEdge. This helped me fine-tune and develop a systematic approach to achieving excellence within these structures. 

During my time being involved at the highest level of professional women's & men's cycling, I have developed a special network, and that I respect and value immensely. 
This also has helped me create a successful online coaching platform and luxury cycling holiday business.
