With a focus on the travelling athlete, We Run the World specialises in long distance run and triathlon coaching for the novice to advanced weekend warrior.
Working in the fitness industry since 2008, I have been helping people get fit for over a decade. However, when I was introduced to endurance sport in 2011, while competing in my first marathon event, my desire to help people achieve their endurance goals became my primary focus. Since 2011 I have completed 29 marathons, 2 Ironmans and 6 Half ironman and have helped hundreds of people complete 5km fun runs through to marathons, Ironmans and Ultra Marathons.
Combining my two passions of travel and endurance sport, has lead me to create We Run the World-a community of like minded runners who love nothing more than to explore the globe with their running shoes on!
My coaching philosophy is all about ensuring you remain consistent in a busy life and are supported by basic principles of strength training, nutrition and recovery practices. I believe anyone can participate in endurance events and love nothing more than helping that dream come true.
