I’ve been running for over 10 years, but it’s in the last three that I truly discovered my passion for the marathon. There’s something uniquely powerful about the distance—a blend of endurance, strategy, and mental toughness that challenges and inspires me. My coaching reflects that same philosophy.

While endurance forms the foundation of marathon training, speed work is a key part of every plan I create. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, structured speed sessions help build strength, improve efficiency, and elevate performance. I take a well-rounded approach that blends key principles like discipline, consistency, recovery, and repetition, ensuring your training is effective and sustainable.

I also emphasise balance. This includes building in adequate rest, prioritising nutrition, and incorporating strength training specific to runners. These elements are essential for performance, injury prevention, and long-term success.

As your coach, I’m not just here to deliver workouts. I’ll be your training partner—someone who monitors your progress, adjusts your plan, and keeps you motivated through the breakthroughs and tough days. I understand the highs and lows that come with chasing big goals, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
