Alex is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, BTF Level 2 coach and GB Age Group Triathlete. For many years he juggled a long commute with a demanding city job, ambitious training objectives and has a deep understanding of how lifestyle factors can influence your health and fitness goals. As an active triathlete his speciality is cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. To enhance the value of these key components of physical exercise he will also focus on core strength, flexibility and motor skills (balance, coordination, speed and agility). Combined with sleep analysis and dietary self-evaluation, Alex will work with you to create a structured training plan that will allow you to prepare both physically and mentally for your next triathlon or for your next swimming, cycling or running event
