Alex completed his first triathlon in 2012 at the sprint distance and has since raced around the world in numerous Ironman, 70.3, standard, and sprint triathlons. He brings a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in triathlon while balancing the demands of a full professional and personal life.
Having trained for Ironman while managing a busy career, Alex knows firsthand how to race without burning out. His coaching is built around the belief that triathlon should enhance your life not consume it. He’s passionate about helping athletes create structure and habits that support both their training and their everyday wellbeing.
