I am a trained health professional and triathlon coach, I trained myself to develop an endurance and this was further passed on to an athlete.
I am constantly educating myself, reading international blogs and passing on to my students the experience I gained there.
Each athlete is a loss and medical sports workouts, and prepares a separate program program for each athlete, and everyone can take a different lifestyle, and we require a lifestyle.
My athletes are the first for me when it comes to training. Be it young age or adult. I track and plan for more than 50 major athletes, managing their daily workouts in groups using 1on1 and online systems. I base it on the results of diagnostic measurements and pulse / watt, HRV measurements through the Trainingpeaks application.
In addition to continuous training, the changes and results seen by my guests help to provide constant motivation in my daily work.
In my free time, I consider continuous self-training and continuous exercise to be essential.
