Alamo 180 helps beginner to advanced level triathletes achieve their race day goals through quality training programs that inspire, motivate and challenge.

Since 2011, Alamo 180 has coached nearly a thousand triathlon race day finishes. We have a large selection of programs for the Sprint, Olympic, Half and Full Ironman. Whether your goal is to finish, go faster, or go longer distances, we have a quality program for you!


Bree Soileau, Head Endurance Coach, co-owner of Alamo 180. Coach Bree holds certifications as a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and USA Cycling Level 3 Coach.

I firmly believe that everyone is capable of achieving their triathlon dreams. My job is to believe in you and do what I can to make your triathlon dreams become a reality. When it comes to coaching athletes, my approach is to encourage and support. To celebrate every victory, no matter how small! When athletes are supported, they flourish!

When it comes to training programs, Alamo 180 triathlon training plans conservatively build in volume and intensity so you can maximize your athletic potential without the fear of becoming injured. Have confidence in your training plan so you can have confidence in your abilities on race day.

-Successfully coached over 400 athletes (and counting!) since the formation of Alamo 180 in 2011.
-Coached over 215 Half Ironman finishes, 60 Full Ironman finishes, and hundreds of Sprint and Olympic finishes.
-Coached 3 athletes to a Boston Qualifying time (2014, 2016, 2017).
-Taught hundreds of athletes to learn how to swim freestyle as well as how to better their freestyle.
