I am a USA Cycling Level 1 certified coach and have been cycling competitively for over 30 years. Having started in mountain bike racing, I soon expanded my repertoire to include road racing, cyclocross and some triathlon. My experience includes a season on the road in Europe as well as State Championship titles in both the mountain bike cross-country and road time trial disciplines.
