I'm a STA L2 open water swimming coach, ex-competitive swimmer, open water endurance swimmer, and physiotherapist. I offer in-person 1:1 and squad training in London, as well as remote support for open water swimmers, triathletes who want to work on their swim, pool swimmers transitioning to open water, and athletes who want to work on strength and conditioning to complement their training.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping people with disabilities or injuries fulfil their potential in the pool through physiotherapy. I have experience working with paraswimmers on performance pathways to optimise their performance in the pool, and I'm in the process of becoming a certified national paraswimming classifier with British Paraswimming. I'm dedicated to making open water swim coaching accessible and supportive for everyone by blending my physiotherapy background, coaching experience and passion for open water swimming.
