Founder of Forge Performance Coaching and aspiring professional triathlete based in Boulder, CO.
I coach triathletes, runners, and mountain athletes using a holistic, data-driven approach that integrates training, recovery, nutrition, and mindset.
A multiple Ironman and 70.3 finisher, two-time Kona qualifier, and experienced mountain athlete, I help athletes pursue ambitious goals sustainably—building performance, resilience, and self-trust along the way.
I was hit by a car while training for my first Ironman 70.3 in 2019.
In endurance sport, responsibility is total: how you train, recover, fuel, and think matters. Success or failure rests on you. That autonomy is what drew me in—and what now defines my coaching.
I take a holistic approach to performance. Beyond physical preparation, I help athletes build durability, emotional resilience, and a mindset that holds up through long training cycles and high-pressure moments. Training is intentionally simple: appropriate frequency, duration, and intensity; consistent strength work; and recovery that drives real adaptation. We make training fit into your life, not the other way around.
I’ve coached over 50 athletes across a wide range of abilities to finish lines and personal bests at events including the Boston Marathon, Ironman Lake Placid, HURT 100, Moab 240, and 29029.
As an athlete, I’ve completed four Ironman and five 70.3 triathlons, qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Kona twice, and rank in the top 1% of global competitors. In 2025, I placed 7th overall amateur at Ironman Cozumel and won the Hoodoo 300, breaking the course record by three hours.
Outside of racing, I spend much of my time in the mountains. I’ve climbed over half of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks—many multiple times and in winter.
My role is to guide, challenge, and support you—so when race day comes, you can empty the tank with no regrets.
