Specializing in coaching cyclists. My focus is on quality relationships by treating our athletes as individuals, not numbers.My coaching is based on a close relationship with the athletes to ensure the progress and maximize the performance. Coaching plans are designed to match as seamlessly as possible into athlete's lives.
Cycling is the reason why I started at the faculty sport sciences.
During my university studies I preferred to get more accurate, specialized knowledge in cycling. This is how I got to the World Cycling Center at UCI first during my coaching studies, later as a coach intern. After the internship at the UCI I graduated from the university and started to work for the national federation with the national junior and U23 team.
As a graduate form the university in 2014 I decided to start as a coach on my own, to build my own business. Now I have some clients (from Slovakia, but also from abroad) that I train regularly online. I am very interested in new training process and I work with the power meters with are still not much used in Slovakia, so I saw the right opportunity.
Nowadays, alongside my own coaching business, I'm working with the Slovak National U23 team as their Head Coach and Sport Director, as well as various UCI continental level teams and riders.
