IRONMAN U Certified Coach and TrainingPeaks Level 1 Accredited Coach hailing from the Chicagoland area and specializing in middle and long course triathlon events. Adam works with athletes on periodized training plans as well as crafting Annual Training Plans and uses a data driven approach to coaching and racing.
Adam is an IRONMAN U Certified Coach and a TrainingPeaks Level 1 Accredited Coach with an M.S. in Software Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science. A lifelong athlete, he brings over a decade of race experience to his coaching. Adam is a 4x IRONMAN All World Athlete, an 11x IRONMAN 70.3 finisher, and a USAT Age Group Nationals qualifier. Before discovering endurance sports, he competed in wrestling and soccer from youth through high school. Passionate about competition and the science of endurance sports, Adam leverages his expertise in computer science and data analytics to optimize annual training plans and individual training cycles. Recently, he coached an athlete to qualify for the 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Marbella, Spain. Professionally, Adam manages a team of software developers for a major international retailer, specializing in eCommerce software development and integrations. He lives in Sugar Grove, Illinois, with his wife and twin boys.
