I began my running journey in my early 20s when a friend bet me that I couldn't finish a half marathon, and I haven't stopped running since. (I did manage to finish).
I've trained with many groups and coaches all across Canada and learned something new from each one. Today I train out of Toronto with Rhythm Athletics and Slow Ships AC.
