Bio

Working in the fitness industry for over 10 years Ive had a huge passion for helping people achieve there goals, racing triathlon for the last 7 years Ive progressed the last few years to dedication full time to tri coaching as a performance coach.

I huge turning point in life for me was 2007 having a major car accident and admitting to a drinking problem gave me the motivation and mind set to dedicate my life to some thing I had passion for. (TRIATHLON)

Coming from a functional strength and conditioning back ground it was perfect to add into athletes program for posture correction and endurance conditioning along with a holistic approach to nutrition with prodominatly plant based recovery.
