I have been coaching endurance athletes for many years, starting from beginner amateurs, through youth to professional athletes. I work with athletes practicing kayaking, OCR running, cycling and triathlon.
On a daily basis, I teach sports students and future coaches and sports instructors in subjects such as sports training programming, sports theory, and physical exercise physiology. I also guide players in terms of nutrition and supplementation.
I also conduct personal and medical training.

I'm also competiting on high level i canoe marathon (in 2023 Gold medal on Masters World Championships in C2) and in OCR running (silver medal on OCR World Championships in Mammoth Mounatains USA 2023 in Age 35-39).
