Qualified L1 Cycling Fitness & Performance Coach with over 30+ years of professional sports coaching experience. Aged 50+, a husband, father of two young children, multiple podiums with race AG wins in cycling & running regionally, Coach Carl knows what it’s like to train & perform with limited time and external pressures.

Passionate in delivering cycling & duathlon coaching services to mature time-constrained athletes looking to improve on their personal goals or race performances.

Carl has competed across a wide range of sporting disciplines for the past 35 years; football, cycling, running, duathlon and triathlon. Having only 5hrs a week to train at best, Carl focused the majority of his cycling & duathlon training indoors. This tactic proved successful as he went on to compete at a good level achieving age group wins and podium placings in cycling, duathlon & triathlon races.

Being a husband, father and full-time football coach, Carl understands the age-old issue of fitting in quality training time, especially for Masters, Veteran and Junior athletes. Now Carl is available to help you with your cycling & duathlon goals:
