I offer personalized training plans based on YOUR objectives and YOUR personal life circumstances. My main priority is for YOU to reach the Goals and have fun along the way.
My training plans include power and pace duration testing in order to maximize the return on time invested. The basic structure includes shorter sessions mid-week and longer endurance work on the weekend to provide structure, and consistency and allow time for your friends, family, and career.
An Enginner by trade, a sports enthusiast by passion. I have been actively in sports for the last 20+ years and in different sports from Surf to Mountaineering and specially in endurance sports such as triathlon and running/cycling.
I have tested myself in all triathlon distances from super-sprint to Iron-Man, and running from 400m on the track to Ultra-marathons.
