I am looking to coach athletes who are in search of more structure and consistency in their training. Whether that is to complete your first sprint/70.3/full Ironman, or improve in one of the distances. I believe that strong communication between athlete and coach leads to the best outcomes, and am available to regularly check in to discuss training and the overarching plan for the season.
I’m a New England based triathlon coach with a passion for helping athletes achieve breakthrough performances. Whether that’s crossing the finish line for the first time or improving your time from a previous race
I’ve coached myself to three Ironman finishes, cutting over 1 hour and 15 minutes from my Ironman performance in the past year alone, and I qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Nice. That journey has given me firsthand experience in smart training progression, balancing life with performance, and executing on race day.
My foundation is in swimming, with 20 years as a competitive swimmer and 5 years of coaching experience with USA Swimming. This background allows me to bring a strong technical and performance-driven approach to swim development.
Over the past six months, I’ve worked closely with friends and family, coaching athletes to their first triathlons and half marathons, focusing on sustainable training, confidence building, and consistency. I believe effective coaching blends proven training principles with clear communication, individualized planning, and realistic goal setting.
Whether you’re new to endurance sports or aiming to take your racing to the next level, I’m committed to helping you train smarter, race stronger, and enjoy the process.
