After 16 years of military service as an infantry officer and participation in 11 world championships from ITU Worlds to Kona, I fully understand what it takes to race at a high level while maintaining a full-time career. Let me help you reach your potential and achieve the balance needed for longterm growth and success.
I began as a strength and conditioning coach working with student-athletes in 2002. Over the next 13 years, I competed and trained athletes at the highest levels of sport to include Olympic trials and world championships.
In 2015, I switched my focus from combat sports and strength coaching to endurance sports. I established the multi-sport club Triple Victor and guided the team to an IRONMAN Club ranking of 7th in the world. Over the next four seasons, my athletes have routinely qualified for USAT Nationals, ITU World Championships (Team USA), IRONMAN World Championships, and the LifeTime World Championships. With the success of the team, I decided to quit my "day job" as a US Army airborne infantry officer at the end of the 2019 season to focus on coaching and racing. Rangers Lead the Way!
I am excited to coach Triple Victor and invite all athletes from beginner to elite to train and race with us.
