I had PC problems and the end story is that I had to buy a new 'hard drive'. Therefore I lost the WKO+ program. Is there a way I can reload another copy to my PC, without purchasing a new copy. thanks, Marion

Marion If your copy of WKO was a registered copy all you need to do is download the trial version from the Home page. Then follow the instructions for registration. You are allowed to have two copies active. It should not be a problem running a second one. If all else fails, submit a help ticket. And they will be able to help you. Sorry you had to suffer a hard drive crash.

Thanks Jeff! Marion, I'm sorry to hear about your computer. Jeff is correct. Each purchase of WKO+ allows 2 installs (on the same or separate machines). We've also started offering flexible licensing, which people really seem to like. This way, if you have WHO installed on your work and home computers, then get a new home PC, you can uninstall the software on your old PC, then install it on your new home PC: http://support.trainingpeaks.com/contact-us.aspx Hope that helps. Thanks a bunch!

Hi there. I am having a similar situation than Marion in terms of need to install the program in a new laptop. I have it installed on my desktop PC and now, having bought a new laptop, I am trying to install WKO+ in it, as the second license. However when I visit the download page, and it asks me to sign in to start downloading, the page takes ages to load and comes up with a internet connection problem... so I can´t download it. The rest of the site works fine. Is there any problem on your page or is there something on my new laptop preventing accessing the download page ? Thanks very much for any help Keep the (very) good work!!! Carlos

Hey Carlos, There was a bit of lag inside the site today (when you're logged in), but that's cleared up now. I'm tempted to think it may have been a slow internet connection. Have you tried downloading the software again? If you're on a wireless network, make sure you're close to the router and/or have good signal strength. If that doesn't solve things, you can submit a ticket here: http://support.trainingpeaks.com/contact-us.aspx and we'll troubleshoot some more via the Support System. Thanks so much. I'm sorry about the trouble, but hopefully it was just a temporary connection issue.

Hi Courtney. Thanks for your reply. The problem about not being able to sign in was related to a firewall, not your site, so that problem is solved. Now, I had a problem with my laptop. After a maintenance task, when restarting some system files and the recovery partition were lost, and I wasn´t able to fix it (even it was impossible to start it up). At the computer store, they also were unable to fix it, which resulted in a fresh installation of Windows 7, and everything was lost, including my installation of WKO+. I have spent most of the previous days reinstalling everything, and of course WKO+ is telling me I already have too many activations (I have WKO in my desktop computer and I had it in my laptop), a similar problem Marion has, but for different reasons. I do have a previous back up of the entire disk, performed with a backup program (Paragon), but I don´t know how to restore only WKO+ from that backup. Is there any way I can solve this problem ? Thank you very much Carlos

Hey Carlos, Go ahead and submit a Support Ticket here: http://support.trainingpeaks.com/contact-us.aspx and we'll see what we can do about getting you a re-issued key. So sorry to hear about all the trouble, but we'll get you back on WKO+ ASAP! :)
