The e-PitFit Training Plans are designed with the professional and amateur racer in mind. With a variety of options for each driver, we have developed a plan for everyone! Whether you need to lean down, add muscle, or simply improve your overall physical fitness, our expert staff offers you the same training protocols used by our professional drivers, including the last three Indy 500 champions !

The progressive nature of the programs allows you to evolve and improve your fitness with time. The focus shifts from plan to plan, but expect plenty of core, neck and reaction training that is directed suited to helping you in the racecar. This is for the individual who is trying to put on weight by adding lean muscle mass. Because this program is designed on percentages of your current strength and cardiovascular level it is appropriate for people of all different training levels. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience with training this program is right for you.

12 Week Muscle Strength Program  $140.00

This program is for the individual that needs to increase their over all strength. This is for the athlete who performs numerous maximum or close to maximum efforts. Because this program is designed on percentages of your current strength and cardiovascular level it is appropriate for people of all different training levels. Whether you are a beginner of have years of experience with training this program is right for you.

12 Week Strength Endurance Program  $140.00

This is for the individual who needs to increase their strength endurance. This is for the athlete who uses submaximal efforts for an extended period of time. Because this program is designed on percentages of your current strength and cardiovascular level it is appropriate for people of all different training levels. Whether you are a beginner of have years of experience with training this program is right for you.

Beginner Driver 3 Hour Per Week Program  $140.00

This is for an individual that had never finished a PitFit program. It is designed to develop the base level training in strength, cardiovascular, and reaction. It is important that this program is finished before going on to the intermediate program because this will acclimate the driver to the exercises in the program and prepares the body physically to move up to the next level in the PitFit’s specialized driver training program.

Beginner Driver 5 Hour Per Week Program  $140.00
