Intermediate to Advanced level Marathon Runner with at least one completed marathon. Athlete should feel comfortable running 10-12 miles with an average weekly milage of 20-30 miles.
Be able to run 5-7 miles comfortably, with a base weekly milage of 15 - 25 miles. This plan is designed for the runner aiming to complete his or her first marathon!
