This is a training plan for cyclocross racers who have raced cross before and want a good plan to peak you for states and nationals. It covers all aspects of cross preparation, includes running with intervals, core strength is geared for someone who wants to achieve maximum results in November and December. Rest days are on Friday's, easy recovery rides on Mondays, and the bulk of the intervals are Tuesday, Wedensday and Thursday. You will need to move workouts around to fit your specific schedule.
