The following training plans are available:
- Eight Week Beginner (or Novice) Cycling Plan for Improved Performance ($35)
Plan Description
This plan is for the beginning cyclist or entry level cyclist that wants to improve their cycling performance. The program will walk you through a series of workouts that will progressively get harder. The workouts are not intended to burn you out or prepare you for racing. The workouts are to help you become more fit for general purposes or to make your next charity ride or century more enjoyable. The workouts are based on heart rate zones and perceived exertion (for those who don't have a monitor). At a cost of $45 for 8 weeks of structured training, I think you'll find this a great value!

This plan is for those who are willing to sacrafice performance for a couple events in order to achieve another level of fitness. Plan Description
This plan is for the cyclist that is in reasonable conditioning and can tolerate hard efforts on multiple days. This plan is for those who are willing to sacrafice performance for a couple events in order to achieve another level of fitness. This plan is the continuation of Parts 1 and 2 plans and builds upon the progress of Part 1 and Part 2. At a cost of $35 for 4 weeks of structured training, I think you'll find this a great value!

- Fully Customized 1 Quarter Training Plan Built Around Your Goal Events ($80)
Plan Description
This plan is for the person who wants a fully customized training plan for a quarter. The plan will have daily workouts that specify heart rate ranges, cadences, durations and recovery periods for each workout. In some cases, the goal of the workout will be specified. This is for those who want structure, but don't want to pay for the services of a coach at this time. If you are interested in this particular plan, please email me at travis@travissherman.com (training plan in the subject line) so that we can discuss what you're looking for and I can create the plan for you. If you buy this particular plan, there probably won't be any workouts listed.

- Fully Customized 26 Week Training Plan for Road, Mountain or Cross (Beginner to Advanced) ($150)
Plan Description
This plan is for those who want to do structured training, yet don't want to enlist the services of a full time coach. I will create a personalized plan for you that lasts 26 weeks. I will incorporate your goals, needs, strengths, weaknesses and ambitions into the design of your specific plan. I will be available to make major adjustments to your plan, but there will be a $25 additional fee to do so (to cover my costs of publishing the plan to the web). So, in the event of an injury, sickness, etc, you won't be left in the 'dark'. I'll also be available for advice, suggestions and some feedback. You'll just have to email me at travis@travissherman.com or visit my site at www.podiumfinishtraining.com Please, don't purchase this particular plan. It will most likely be blank. Send me an email and we'll discuss your goals and desires and I'll build a plan around you. At $150 for a 26 week training plan (less than $6 per week!), I think you'll find this to be a great deal.

This plan is for those who want a plan that will bring them to a peak for the Pepper Place Criterium. This plan will specify zones, cadences and workouts to guide you to your best performance regardless of your current fitness--you will improve.
