2. Purchase plan and load into TrainingPeaks.com online calendar
3. Find your Pace Zone Index (PZI) to determine your pace zones
4. Download and install the TrainingPeaks Messenger
5. Use your Garmin Forerunner 301 (or other speed & distance watch) to perform workouts
6. Download workout results with Messenger and review them at TrainingPeaks.com
